My name is Rebecca Daniel. Thank you for visiting my website! Here on Show Me The Movies you’ll find a collection of film reviews and award season coverage! I have been writing reviews since 2013 when everyone was trashing The Great Gatsby movie and I felt like I had to defend it. Listen, everyone has to start somewhere. Also, Baz Luhrmann is a visionary and I will say it proudly.
I am member of the Atlanta Film Critics Circle as well as the Online Association of Female Film Critics!

I have always had a deep love for film. This started around the time my mom showed me The Sound of Music for the first time at 2-years-old and I made her keep that on loop all day, everyday. As I got older, I realized I didn’t just watch movies for fun, but as a possible career for myself.

I enjoy writing screenplays, making short films, and hope to write a feature length film soon!
